We are currently seeking a highly motivated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Business Assistant to the startup CEO/Founder.

As an assistant with our company, you will have the opportunity to get a very diverse experience and grow in the future in marketing, project management-related positions, or any other within the company in the future as it usually happens in startup companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to CEOs, ensuring efficient schedule management, handling professional correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with our CEO clients to assist in business development activities, such as conducting thorough market research, identifying potential partnerships, and connecting with investors.
  
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, coordinating meetings with investors, and helping to create fundraising materials.
• Assist with financial management tasks, including budgeting and financial forecasting for our startups CEO.
• Create, revise, and refine various business documents, including correspondence, communications, presentations, and other relevant materials to support the CEO's endeavors.
  

Grading system

We offer a relatively fast growth trajectory within our assistant grading system. On our part, we help boost your career in the startup world. Our assistants begin with personal tasks and later have opportunities for promotion to roles such as business analyst, marketing specialist, chief of staff, and more, depending on the assistant's preferences

What is the interview process?

• 1- 2 rounds of online interviews and a quick decision after the last one.
  

What to expect after accepting an offer?

• A comprehensive internship - 2-3 weeks, after this period, we will discuss the salary based on your performance and match you with a Startup Founder/ CEO you will be working for. We will also take into consideration your preferences in the company's domain.
